What's Brewing

What's brewing is a beer festival that takes place in Stavanger every year. Norway, and especially Stavanger has a strict policy when it comes to alcohol advertisement. That means, it's illegal. So how do you advertise a beer festival without showing the beer?

Easy! You just make high concept themes for every year. They tend to make quite interesting and "edgy", concepts. Therefore I decided to make the concept be, a cult. The lore is that a guy went to what's brewing and saw the "truth", and now he wants everyone else to experience the same at this years what's brewing. I took inspiration from collage and outsider artists, like Henry Darger and James Hampton.
